How much does pest control cost?
It depends on the pest, the size of the property and whether you want one-time or recurring service. We quote a flat price before any work begins, and there are no surprise add-ons.
Are your treatments safe for pets and children?
Yes. We use low-odor, pet safe products, place baits in tamper-resistant stations, and tell you exactly where product was applied and when it is safe to re-enter. Eco friendly and organic options are available.
Do you kill wildlife?
No. Raccoons, squirrels, bats, skunks, opossums and other wildlife are removed humanely with live traps and one-way exclusion doors, following Arkansas regulations.
What is exclusion?
Sealing the openings animals and rodents use to get in: soffit gaps, roof vents, chimneys, utility penetrations, foundation cracks. Removal without exclusion is temporary; removal with exclusion is permanent.
Do you repair damage and clean up?
Yes. We replace soiled insulation, clean guano and droppings, sanitize attics and crawlspaces, and repair chewed fascia and soffit.
Do you do termite inspections for home sales?
Yes. We provide written termite inspection reports for real estate transactions across Arkansas.
Do you offer monthly or quarterly pest control plans?
Both, plus bi-monthly. Recurring plans cover ants, roaches, spiders, wasps and general pests with an exterior barrier and interior service as needed.

What should I do before you arrive for bed bug treatment?
We send a prep checklist: bag and wash bedding and clothing on high heat, clear clutter from around beds and furniture, and vacuum. We walk you through it on the phone.
What if the animal comes back?
